ESMA issues updated EMIR Q&A

On 20th March 2014 ESMA, the European Securities and Markets Authority, has issued an updated Questions and Answers document in relation to the Implementation of the Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories (EMIR).
