As part of its growth and development, GVZH Trustees is currently looking to expand its Corporate Services Department and requires the services of Corporate Services Executives. The Executives will responsible for the administration of a portfolio of trust and corporate clients. He/she will be responsible for the preparation of documentation required in respect of company incorporation and their submission to MFSA; carrying out due diligence procedures; completion and preparation of documentation required for bank account opening; preparation of forms and their submission to the registry of Companies; liaising with the registry of companies and any other regulatory authorities as may be necessary.
The role calls for smart, confident and commercially minded persons having the ability to work under pressure and independently. While experience in a similar post would be regarded as an asset, applicants willing to learn and having a “can do” approach are encouraged to apply as in-depth on-the-job training would be provided to the right candidates.
