Brand Specialist

Job Purpose 

As a Brand Specialist, you will work closely with all teams within the Law firm to create brand-relevant and effective marketing strategies that can be executed across multiple platforms. The content you create will be engaging and SEO optimised to help drive traffic to different platforms. You will also provide support to the different stakeholders with artworks, content ideas, relevant topics, and market trends. You will have ownership of the role and be the specialist for GVZH Advocates both in employer branding and corporate branding.

Job duties and responsibilities 

  • Planning and executing a marketing strategy
  • Create content, artworks, and submissions of news items, articles, events amongst others
  • Keeping up to date with the market
  • Keeping all social media updated
  • Staying on top of the industry by doing continuous research and market analysis.
  • Organising and market events
  • Other Ad-Hoc duties

Requirements

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • An excellent eye for detail and editing experience
  • Proficient in WordPress and Photoshop
  • A strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO)
  • The ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in digital marketing
  • Graphic design knowledge is considered an asset

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Fluency in English language
