Administrator | Yachting & Aviation

The role of the Administrator is to support the Yachting & Aviation team. The appropriate candidate would have a working understanding of basic secretarial and administrative duties within a working office and be eager to learn and grow within the team. The ability to work on own initiative and within a team is an absolute requirement.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Handling yachting and aviation administration procedures
  • Handling client correspondence
  • Co-ordinating and administering the team’s day-to-day activities including handling of calls, organising tasks, co-ordinating deliverables and providing support to the team
  • Organisation of incoming / outgoing mail and couriers
  • Scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Handling general administration and secretarial tasks together with other administrators and secretaries within the organisation
  • Co-ordinating invoicing and disbursements
  • Any additional ad-hoc duties assigned by management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Qualifications and Experience:

  • >1 years’ experience in a similar role
  • A Level standard of education. Academic qualifications would be considered an asset.
  • EU national
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Fluency in written and spoken Maltese
  • Command of Italian or French would be considered an asset
  • Experience in the registration and administration of companies, yachts and aircrafts will be considered an asset
