Education & Court Admissions
Having read his Law degree at the University of Malta, he was conferred a Bachelor of Law graduate in 2018, after presenting his thesis entitled ‘Conflict of Law Issues in the Ranking of Maritime Creditors – A Comparative Analysis’. He is currently pursuing a Master of Advocacy at the same University of Malta and has recently been accepted to study International Shipping Law at Queen Mary University of London, starting next September.
Aleandro spent a semester furthering his studies in Southampton, United Kingdom as part of the Erasmus Programme, where he read Admiralty Law and Commercial Conflict of Laws and International Litigation at the University of Southampton.
As a student, he currently forms part of both the administrative and executive teams of GħSL (Ghaqda Studenti Tal-Ligi) as International Officer, where he has managed to organise a number of student exchanges and various trips to many well-known universities worldwide such as the University of Utrecht, KU Leuven and the University of Xiamen in China.
Aleandro speaks English and Maltese. He also has a good understanding of Italian and French.
